I am an Associate Professor in the International Business Division at Korea University Business School. My research interests lie broadly at the intersection of sustainability, strategy, and organizational theory.
I incorporate a socio-cognitive view of strategy combined with institutional theory and behavioral theory to better understand firms’ strategic actions, such as pursuing sustainability. In particular, I am interested in understanding sustainability from a multilevel perspective, incorporating individual, firm, and industry levels.
With this focus, I have branched off into two core research areas: (1) exploring the collaboration among firms to achieve sustainability at the industry-level and (2) looking at the individual cognitive and behavioral underpinnings of sustainability and other strategic behaviors towards non-financial performance.
